as part of a pension menu or the booked arrangement also a tip of the day.

We obtain a large part of our products from regional suppliers in connection with the culinary country road, a cooperation between self-marketers and restaurateurs. We still have meat and sausages from the butcher, eggs from the farmer, ice cream from the farm, local schnapps, beers, wines,
water and juices as well as vegetables and salads from the Palatinate.

In addition, we use high-quality products made from grape seeds and cold-ground mustard varieties from the Cochem mustard mill in our dishes.
