In that case, the processing would be based on Article 6 (1) (d) GDPR. In the end, processing operations could be based on Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Processing operations that are not covered by any of the above legal bases are based on this legal basis if processing is necessary to safeguard the legitimate interests of our company or a third party, unless the interests, fundamental rights and fundamental freedoms of the person concerned prevail. Such processing operations are particularly permitted because they have been specifically mentioned by the European legislator.
